Before joining the Touch team, Melissa owned and operated a busy pet grooming salon in Barrie, ON for 20 years and has been in the pet grooming industry for 25 years. Originally from North Bay, Melissa and her family have come back home. Melissa has had a lifelong passion for dogs, has experience grooming many breeds and harbours a love for Standard Poodles. She has had two St. Poodles of her own, and currently has a Lab, Cache and a Portuguese Water Dog/ Border Collie mix, Ollie. When she isn’t pampering dogs, you’ll find her with family, her dogs, or in the garden. Melissa can’t wait to meet new friends, both of the K9 and people kind.
